Learn of Legends such as Burke and Hare, using the underground streets to transport bodies to the old infirmary to sell, learn of missing soldiers, and spirits that are, according to some, certainly not missing but very apparent.

Above ground discover how the Edinburgh people would love a good day at the hangings - learn of old witch-craft and torture, treason and execution. Our city, which is beautiful to the naked eye, has a sordid past, crawling with ghoulish legends, and spine chilling happenings.

Discover our literary past

Don't worry, the tour is a little energetic, but not too strenuous, so it doesn't really matter if your not too fit!
