With Edinburgh's 'Jekyll and Hyde' identity between the Historic Old town, and Trendy New town, you literally have the world's cuisine as your oyster. Choose to dine amongst the elite with views of the castle, or perhaps you'd rather a real traditional Scottish meal in the heart of Edinburgh's infamous Royal Mile. You may want to retreat to the outskirts of the city and enjoy a quiet meal, or how about living it up on Edinburgh's trendy George Street where you can indulge in all your gastronomic fantasies. The choice is yours!

Edinburgh's restaurant scene has undergone something of a transformation in recent years and the capital now boasts a wide range of places, to suit all tastes and budgets. The culinary scene in the new town has a distinctly cosmopolitan feel, with a large number of Italian, French, Mexican, Spanish, Indian, Thai and Chinese restaurants. There are also a growing number of eateries offering fusion cooking, which combines a range of international flavours. Scottish cuisine is also well represented throughout Edinburgh, from traditional fare to more contemporary eclectic cuisine using various international influences, but all using the very best of Scottish ingredients such as game and seafood. Fish and seafood lovers will not be disappointed and should head down to Leith, with its many stylish restaurants and bistros located around the refurbished dockside. Vegetarians are also well catered for, with a selection of good, economical eateries.

We are able to offer you a range of different options. You and your hen party could find that a package which includes a meal, and nightclub entrance would suit you down to the ground. We can arrange this for around £30!

How about sampling a meal at a whisky heritage venue. Your meal would include a menu of whisky infused choices, and of course a whisky tasting for desert! Excellent for those of you who are visiting Edinburgh with Clients.

When in Rome

If you were to do it like the Scots you have 2 options. You can either drink far too much whisky, stagger home, grab a bag of chips (complete with 'Chippy sauce') and a bottle of the obligatory Irn Bru on your way home, or take a night out in one of Edinburgh's fine restaurants and dine on traditional Scottish Produce. I would suggest the later.
